Congratulations to Debra Chandler, Executive Director of Concerts in Care Ontario, and David Helliwell, Chair of the B.C. Board. This award is given to an individual who makes a significant contribution to Canada, a particular province, or community of Canada.

Concerts in Care:
A Quick History

Founded by David Lemon, in 2006 in Vancouver, Concerts in Care acts as a conduit between the performance community and senior audiences in long-term care homes, assisted living, adult day centres, psychiatric and palliative care, and retirement communities. The program now serves audiences coast to coast across Canada with a variety of live concert experiences and online content.
